I have been pressure washing since 1990. That's 20+ years. I know the do's and the don'ts when it comes to cleaning sidewalks, storefronts, buildings, awnings, alleyways, decks, driveways, parking lots, homes, patios and almost anything that can be pressure washed.

I am not only the owner of LJ'S Steam Cleaning, I AM THE OPERATOR. I do each and every job myself. It is part of my assurance that the job will get done and get done right!

Over the years, I have learned what is the best equipment to use, what chemicals work the best and how to use them properly and what you can and cannot do when it comes to cleaning. Knock on wood, in 20+ years of cleaning, my only complaints so far was one noise complaint and a wet car that turned out to become a thank you when he realized the car parked where I was working came out cleaner then when it arrived. Simple things like cleaning a car where you work or washing down the mess you make on the neighbor's sidewalk is the difference in night and day! So many cleaners do not do the simple common sense things.

I have maintained the same customers on a regular basis for 20+ years. The few I lost were not due to performance but the economy or hiring a nationwide company to do the work and in some case these nationwide companies call me to do the job they took over. I usually decline then get the job back later!

My Vans are fully self contained with water (I can do most jobs without customer water). My machine operates at up to 3500 P.S.I. (Pounds per square inch) of water pressure and at a temperature of 180-200 degrees if heat is needed.

My Chemicals are environmentally friendly. As mentioned, I know the do's and don'ts and when it comes to environmental drainage issues, that is important. I also work side by side with San Francisco street cleaners and do most of my cleaning before the city cleaning machines come by.

San Francisco is one of the toughest cities in the country and cite merchants for numerous violations and one is a dirty sidewalk. I AM PROUD TO SAY, NOT ONE OF MY CUSTOMERS HAS EVER RECEIVED A SAN FRANCISCO CITATION FOR A DIRTY SIDEWALK. I am always a call away and in most cases can provide same day service. I actually work at night and do not interfere with store operations unlike others.
